    About CleanSite

A cleaner way to handle concrete washout

CleanSite was created to give the construction industry a safe, responsible and environmentally friendly alternative to the old worksite concrete washout. Our containers and pans control, capture and contain all the concrete washout water and material on your site. They’re reusable steel with a watertight design, in capacities from 300 to 1,700 gallons.

You’ll get the container, the pick-up and the disposal in one concrete washout service. Your crew won’t have to dig a pit, clean one out or figure out where the trucks should dump.

    How it works

    From delivery to pick-up

CleanSite truck setting a concrete washout container down on a job site
    Step 1

    We deliver the container

We set it where your trucks can reach it. The small pans fit tight spots, and the 1.5 yard pan slides under a pump truck hopper.

    Step 2

    Your trucks wash out

Ready-mix drivers rinse their chutes into the container and pump operators empty the hopper into the pump pan. The washout stays contained and off the ground.

    Step 3

    We haul it away

When it’s getting full, call us. We pick it up, take it off site and handle the disposal.

    Questions

    Common questions

    What’s concrete washout?

Concrete washout is the leftover concrete, cement water and slurry that comes off chutes, pump hoppers and tools when crews clean them after a pour. It has to be contained so it doesn’t reach soil, storm drains or waterways.

    Which size do I need?

It depends on the yardage and how many trucks are washing out. For heavy pour days, go with the 6 or 9 cubic yard container. Call 845-781-4-PAN and we’ll size it with you.

How do I order a container?

Call 845-781-4-PAN or request a quote with the jobsite address, pour date, expected yardage and whether you have ready-mix trucks, a pump or both.
