Concrete Washout Disposal

CleanSite hauls full washout containers off your site and handles the disposal of the washout, cement and slurry inside. Your crew won’t have to bury it, dry it out or find a place that’ll take it.

  • EPA, NPDES and BMP compliant
  • Delivery, pick-up and disposal handled
  • Containers and pans from 1.5 to 9 cubic yards
The problem

Why washout disposal is a headache

Concrete washout’s wet, heavy and caustic. If it’s left on site, it kills grass, clogs drains and can get a site written up. Hauling it yourself means a dump truck, equipment to load it and a disposal fee.

With CleanSite, disposal’s part of the washout service. The container leaves full on our truck.

Off your site

It leaves on our truck

The full container leaves your site on a CleanSite truck. It’s watertight, so nothing spills on the way. From there, the disposal is ours to handle, not yours.

How pick-ups and swaps get scheduled is on delivery, swap and pick-up.

What you skip

Concrete washout disposal without the extra work

  • No dump truck or loader. You don’t have to line up equipment to move hardened concrete waste.
  • No waiting for it to dry. The slurry and wash water leave in the container, wet or hard.
  • No hunting for a disposal site. Where the washout goes is our job, not your crew’s.
  • No pit to dig out. There’s nothing left in the ground to export, backfill or regrade.

Timing

Call before it’s full

The EPA’s guidance says to deal with a washout before it fills up, so the water can’t overflow. Rain makes that worse on an open container.

With a serviced container, that just means a phone call. When it’s getting close, call 845-781-4-PAN and we’ll come get it. The signs to watch for are in when to swap a washout container.
