Roll-Off Concrete Washout Containers for Large Pours
CleanSite’s 6 and 9 yard washout containers hold 1,200 and 1,700 gallons for sites with a steady line of trucks. They go out on our roll-off truck and leave the same way when they’re full.
- EPA, NPDES and BMP compliant
- Delivery, pick-up and disposal handled
- Containers and pans from 1.5 to 9 cubic yards
When a roll-off washout container makes sense
Small pans suit a single pour. When a steady line of trucks is washing out, or pours run for weeks, a bigger washout bin means fewer pick-ups and no line of mixers waiting for a spot. It’s the size made for large construction sites and the concrete contractors who pour on them.
| Container | Holds | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 6 cubic yards | 1,200 gallons | Steady truck traffic, multi-day pours |
| 9 cubic yards | 1,700 gallons | Large sites and heavy pour schedules |

How the containers get on and off site
The containers ride on the CleanSite roll-off truck and are set where mixers can reach them. They need a clear, firm path for delivery.
Can’t fit a roll-off truck? The smaller pans can be set by our boom truck.

Why not use a regular dumpster?
Some crews line a regular dumpster with plastic and call it a washout. It works until the liner tears. A washout container is durable steel, built watertight, so caustic washout water, with a pH near 12 per the EPA, doesn’t leak through the seams onto the site. That leak is a pollutant and a liability for the builder. A washout bin is made to prevent exactly that.
Dispose of concrete washout the right way
A full washout bin holds hardened concrete waste, slurry and washout water. CleanSite hauls it off the job site so it’s safely contained the whole way, and handles the concrete washout disposal. Your crew never has to dispose of it.
That’s the environmentally responsible way to handle big pours on large construction projects, and containment is what stormwater compliance comes down to. More on delivery, swap and pick-up.

Roll-off washout FAQ
How big is a roll-off concrete washout?
CleanSite’s are 6 cubic yards (1,200 gallons) and 9 cubic yards (1,700 gallons).
How often does a big container need a pick-up?
It depends on trucks per day. Call before it’s too full to take the next day’s washouts. See when to swap.
What does the roll-off truck need to deliver?
A clear, firm path to the spot. Tell us about the access when you call and we’ll send the right truck.
