New York washout rules in brief
All seven counties are in NYSDEC Region 3. New York’s construction permit, GP-0-25-001, lists concrete washout water as a prohibited discharge. The state’s erosion control standard calls for a washout facility on every project where concrete is poured.
That’s why New York concrete washout systems are built around containment. A watertight container meets the goal, full containment, and you don’t have to dig a pit. The details: concrete washout requirements in New York.
From delivery to pick-up

We deliver the container
We set it where your trucks can reach it. The small pans fit tight spots, and the 1.5 yard pan slides under a pump truck hopper.

Your trucks wash out
Ready-mix drivers rinse their chutes into the container and pump operators empty the hopper into the pump pan. The washout stays contained and off the ground.

We haul it away
When it’s getting full, call us. We pick it up, take it off site and handle the disposal.
