Why CleanSite exists
CleanSite was created to service the construction industry with a safe, responsible and environmentally friendly alternative to the old worksite concrete washouts. Our containers and pans control, capture and contain all the concrete washout water and material on a job.
We understand the importance of balancing construction with environmental concerns. A pit in the dirt leaks, it takes up space, and it leaves a mess for the crew. A sealed container that leaves on a truck doesn’t. It keeps cement water out of the soil, the storm drains and the streams around the job. That’s the whole idea.

The containers
6 and 9 yard containers for busy sites, 1.5 and 2.5 yard pans for tight spots, and the 1.5 yard pan for pump work. All of them are watertight.

Washout containment that follows best practices
Before services like ours, most sites used washout pits or washout bags. Pits leak and bags are hard to move, and both leave the contractor with the risk and liability if cement water reaches stormwater or sediment washes off the site. A watertight washout system prevents that. It’s the clean, practical way to follow the EPA’s best practices: contain everything and keep it away from drains.
